Vidi is an award-winning creative firm focused on branding, design, and creative strategy. Our approach to branding is centered around cultural vision; with the JAM Hot Chicken project, it was about creating a place from the influences of hip hop, pop culture and hot chicken. For this project, branding was a medium to transform a quiet city corner into a neighborhood hot spot in Orlando, Florida. In this presentation we'll give an in-depth look at the project, the thinking behind the concept, and why branding should start with culture. We'll dive into the details — the struggles, the inspirations, and the collaboration with the client.
A pair of brothers born in Queens, NY – Christian and J.D. Arriola have been a dynamic creative duo since childhood collaborating on a number of concepts, brands, and projects before ultimately becoming award-winning directors for Vidi Global based out of Orlando, FL. With a mutual passion for brand building, design, and storytelling, both brothers have forged a shared path to continue working together to achieve Vidi's aspiring mantra to move culture. The brotherly duo is inspired by the day-to-day opportunities within creative industry work to envelope meaning, connection, and authenticity into brands – one piece at a time.
